Also, the screen is completely blank. There's no power combo that has been able to change this

In that case I would suggest contacting OnePlus, they apparently connect to your computer, transfer over the correct MSM tool to your computer and walk you through it how to set it up and they troubleshoot, I'm out of ideas.
Anyways, I'm really tired and it's late, so I'll be back on around 3:30 tomorrow, please let me know if you figure anything out!
Probably need to use the one plus 9 pro India version to unbrick it, then flash one plus 9 us. Has happened to a lot of us and seems to be the only fix at the moment.
Flash the india version, am doing that, but how should I flash the U.S. version after?
Now flash the global ota zipNo from in the phone regular system update?? I think thats how I did it? I have also done it through fastboot.
Oh, okay. I would probably want to do it via fastboot by getting the firmware file, but I'll do regular update.
No I mean download the ota and just put it in root outside of downloads , then go to system update / local update and select the zip. Just wanna make sure you get a clean side A/B for the flash.
Yup, I've done that before. I'll do it again. Just feels kinda weird installing indian variant software and then moving to U.S. variant software through an update xD
I'm trying another fix to use the original tool so hopefully I can get it to work because this will be the same way you have to unbrick/recovery the device again.
Did work and I flashed it, but unfortunately it won't detect the update zip in the system updater.
