If you're on Stock Android and wish to stay there the Orangefox because it has the ability to survive after OTAs if setup correctly..TWRP is better for custom ROMs

I personally think TWRP is better for Samsung. If you want to use it use the official by mauron....

I prefer you use OFOX, its a lot better, UI is cleaner and modern. has some inbuilt features. Settings have some customization options, and it Holds a backup in case OTA fails.
