Original Froyo Multitouch Keyboard on CM7/9/10

Hey there,
I asked this question a while ago but nobody answered me
I want to have the original Froyo Motorola Multitouch Keyboard on CM7.
I already tried to flash DroidX Keyoard, without succes.

Can anybody help me? GB, ICS and JB-Keyboard is way too small. I'd like to have longish keys.
