I used OTA Snatcher to grab the OTA and posted it to Mediafire.

Copy update to sd card.
Power off and hold volume up power button and home.
From there you enter recovery and then apply update from external sd.

Just updated. Went smooth. I like the new lollipop colors. New Knox security is added as well
