So with a lot of hesitation and because I have A.D.D. and hate giving up on things, I stayed up most of the night and what I did was:
Loaded into TWRP, went into Advanced Wipe and checked off Dalvik, System, Data, Internal and Cache... and wiped 3 times in a row.
Rebooted into Download Mode and used Odin to install NG2 and once it was installed and rebooted... I shutdown
Loaded into TWRP again and installed OD2
Shutdown and loaded into Download Mode and used Odin to install the latest CF Auto Root and rebooted
Shutdown and loaded into Download Mode and used Odin to install latest TWRP and rebooted
Did the SD Card fix and rebooted
I then slowly started going through settings and changing only a 2 or 3 at a time and rebooted to keep track what if anything might have an issue
Started installing apps one at a time and rebooting after each.
What I can say so far is this. Runs fantastic and no app crashes like I experienced prior to this latest install. (I did realize the version of CF Auto Root was one version behind the latest release... maybe that was the culprit for my previous headaches?)
Battery life (less than one day of use) seems on par with what I was getting in KitKat, but we'll see how things go over the next few days. I did read somewhere that if battery life is poor... disabling Unified Daemon(EUR) in App Manager may help. I might try this after a couple days and see if there is any difference.
Tried installing S5 email and it wouldn't work, even removed the default email and still no go. So now I'm stuck using Gmail that I hate. Is there a copy of S5 email from 5.0 that I could try?
I do have one BIG problem... internet is SLOW as could be. Everything just loads in slow motion and I get the same slow results in Google, Puffin and Play Store. I'm connected the same way as in KitKat and my home internet is not the problem as everything loads fast. Home Results: 30.05 Mbps Down - 6.08 Mbps Up and Phone results (Using SpeedTest app) : 30.26 Mbps Down - 6.71 Mbps Up. Which makes no sense since the apps I mentioned take forever to load pages.
