Original Notification Layout

Is there a mod out there that will change my notification drop down to have all of the power tools like the Samsung Captivate? I am not a fan of having to use widget space for something that should be standard to the OS. Thanks in advance for your response.

I use notification toggle from the market. Its free and the closest thing I have found to cm or samsung right now
