Yes, but you need to first change the OEMinfo because the erecovery checks the oeminfo file to check which firmware to install.
Tested on WAS-LX1C432 debrand to WAS-LX1C10 dual sim

sorry i cant help my country is spain and not mentioned on b182 and b183, have you try with c10b170 or yandix?, some countries are next to pakistan, by the way ask help to mutahharbashir, he is from pakistan too.
