You need the .pit file right?
Search xda on how to unbrick and re-partition your device and from some thread you will get the .pit file

What that DeKnox should do? I have ran that and still in download mode i can read Knox based stuff, should it be there or did i do something wrong? Also i didnt need Wifi patch after deknox run. Im on [email protected]

Deknox remove ur knox apps.. In boot loader u can still find knox stuff because it is built into the bootloader.. It cant be changed also u cant downgrade it if u already updated it.. So there is nthing wrong.. U doesnt need wifi patch if u already updated phone into stock 4.3 bl

Now knox can be reset and you can downgrade too..
Some users on GSMforum have already done it.
But it's only possible on Exynos devices.

Until now knox reset is not possible... Some users trying to found some way to reset knox (s4 and note 3) but all are at it infant stage. Also u can downgrade using mobile odin but it bricks ur IMEI partition and u fill face network error..
IF u find any other ways request to PM LINKS..

Reset is possible by using emmc direct. It is some software I guess.
Concept behind it is to erase the whole emmc and then re-write the knox free bootloader and RPMB partitions and then go to force download mode and flash a new rom.
But everything is still in Beta.

But to do so.. We need a box like "easy j tag" or some thing else. Service centers using these type of box.. And its bit a complicated.. Also its not going to be friendly for ordinary people who don't know much more unlike triangle away or odin flash

SPH N900 Forum senior member @lorjay589 have contacted for wifi patch for their device and provided source. based on that here I have made wifi patch attaching here,

Edit : I have got confirmation from @lorjay589 it is working fine.

I don't seem to be able to find the download button for the .tar file. What DL buttons I see, appear to be ads for a codec. Am I just blind?

Odin and Recovery Questions

So I've been on t3project rom for ever, and I haven't used Odin in a really long time. I suspect I should download Odin 3 and should not used the older version I had when I got the SSGN2. I'm getting ready to update my rom to get rid of the OTA notifications. Can someone confirm this for me?

I also don't understand the difference between CWM and TWRP recoveries. Can someone enlighten me as to the key differences and why threads say to Odin to CWM before going to MK4?

Twrp doesn't work well with mk4 and u cant restore 4.3 roms on twrp it hasent been playing nice even on the latest so it is recommended to use CWM 6.0.7.9 with cwm u can restore 4.3 also u can use it to restore/fix an old nand to restore als

- download cf autoroot t03
-flash it under "ap" on odin. change only autoreboot in odin; put it off
-after a successfull flash pull the battery out and back in and reboot
-go directly to the playstore and update supersu
- if you get the message that knox must be switched off confirm this.
Install rootexplorer tto check your rooting.
Now a custom recovery can be flashed to make a backup.

Wifi fix via recovery

Hi Dr Ketan.
I'm on a 4.4 ROM (DN3) but wifi is not working.
Unfortunately, my USB seems partly broken (charging but no data connection) thus I can't flash via Odin...
I tried a link you provided few pages ago ( http://d-h.st/UIQ ) to patch via recovery, but it does not seem to change anything, or maybe there is a specific method to apply with this patch ? Should I reflash the rom or wipe afterwards ?

Don't try to flash bootloader with recovery on kitkat. It can brick device.
