CLEAN FLASH :
1)If using NFT tools
Extract zip file
select flash phone via payload option
locate payload.bin from the extracted zip
select options as shown in ss and press flash
2) If using Recovery :
Download the latest build and GApps
Reboot to recovery
Make nandroid backup (Not Necessary)
Wipe System, Data, Cache, Dalvik
Flash the latest build to respective partitions and resize system and flash Gapps
Reboot
3) If using fastboot :
fastboot erase system
fastboot erase vendor
fastboot erase boot
fastboot flash vbmeta --disable-verity --disable-verification vbmeta.img
fastboot flash system system.img
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash dtbo dtbo.img
fastboot flash vendor vendor.img
fastboot -w
fastboot reboot
For flashing gapps when using fastboot...flash twrp temporarily..boot to twrp...flash gapps and flash boot image found in rom zip again via fastboot or twrp whatever you prefer.
Note: GApps are to be flashed only once whereas Magisk/Su is to be flashed every time you Dirty Flash the OTA Update.
