OSTORE Deleted Need help restoring

I am not sure how I did it but have removed the Ostore,
Is there a way to install it back with the apk,

Could someone upload the apk pls...

But not sure when the Ostore dissappear from the watch,
Is the only way to get it back by flashing a firmware or resetting to factory
