[OTA] failed to red triangle after stock recovery flash

I just flashed a stock recovery to my HTC one since it kept asking to updat my phone and it's unable to do so with custom recovery.

After successfully flashing back stock recovery and trying to install the OTA the phone goes to a red triangle with a question mark.

What can be the cause of this? as far as I know i have a custom rom with just ElementalX as kernel.

Nevermind I should read the FAQ better next time
