I am another, its got potential but the recycling of tech isnt as popular as it is in other industries - goes against commercial gain, These tablets and others could be great little devises with the right guys on the case. But I dont think there are enough of us to pay enough for it to be uploaded or for work to be done on them. Ive got a the standard rom and most things dont work that great ie apps wont load like firefox, I'll persevere with it as someone out there may be kind enough to put a custom rom up there for us. If I find any decent roms I'll shout on here.

I came very close to getting ICS on the U.S. Tablet P with Condi's tool and a file that a user had uploaded from the google drive. The only thing that stopped the flash is that I don't have an older version of windows so I could not get the adb drivers to load correctly. This is one older device I really would like to see going again.

Hi I'm going to update Sony Tablet P SGPT211US/S to ICS
I found firmware at Condi's google drive
I've tried on stock recovery but It keep says "E:prohibit update as a result of checking version or base sku"
is there are any another method to flash firmware?

I'm gonna try this again as well. I remember that this can be done still. If you really read through the threads and try a couple of Condi's tools you will have success. The only step I could not complete was getting the adb composite drivers to load correctly because I'm on windows 10. Here's the thread that deals with your error. Look for the double flash method on here . You should be able to do it from that.
