Can anyone help on how to modify the ota zip for a rooted Moto E4 x1760, so that it can be installed through twrp?
Thanks :)
Probably not. Best option is to restore stock and stock recovery, see if the OTA zip will process (may or may not depending how well restorations were done) and then reroot. I'd skip flashing twrp; just boot it instead. Makes dealing with future OTAs a bit easier provided you don't modify the system partition.

Another option is to flash one of the available 'stock' zips via TWRP assuming compatibility with XT1760. Might have what you are looking for baked in.

Or skip the OTA and enjoy the device as-is. Probably the best choice IMHO.
