This works well, but I could only upgrade using the sideload.

adb sideload <Blur....zip>

I´m on stock 4.3 rooted and with CWM, can I just flash this zip normally? Do I need to wipe anything?

You need to flash stock recovery and system images.

So apparently randomly spamming the hardware keys allows me to get to recovery. Thanks for the info lol
