This is build .47...prior to this, the newest build was .44

can´t update. I restore kernel, system and recovery and it fails to update... any "manual way" to install OTA? BTW is downloading a 32MB file and yours have 177MB...

EDIT: After several tries, it finally updated...

Its just restart in recovery mode and enter in apply update from sdcard, choose zip and install

Can´t update either

I am also having trouble updating that 23.46.4.en.01 on my rooted moto g3 it fails after all the booting. the download completes, and then after I select install, the booting starts, and sends me to the Team Win Recovery Project v2.8.7.0 . So I select reboot/system and when I get back and type my pin to go to my home screen I wait for the rebooting again, and get back to Team Win Recovery Project v2.8.7.0, where once again I select reboot/system. After the rebooting, and powering off repeats 2 or 3 more times I get the message that the update was unable to install.

Flash stock recovery and uninstall SuperSU for update
