No you can't, To flash OTA you need to be on a device that's never been htcdev unlocked because it deletes some apks out of /preload/app ... or you need to run a RUU and achive full stock and then you can use OTA with stock recovery

You need to be htcdev unlock and root. Once you have that just enter these commands on your pc with your phone connected
adb remountadb pull /systemSorry but wont root my almost brand new phone. For warranty purposes. Is there any other way to get the dump?
You can try the commands without it. But I'm not sure.
You'll need to run ruu. But make sure you do everything that's required before doing ruu
