OTA Update 1/11/2013

Woke up to an OTA update this morning with the following packages to intstall:
KB2788407
KB2788409
KB2788410
KB2788412

Hmm I think she's still running 7.2 or 7.4! Was 8 OTA?

None of the phones previously on the market are getting the 8 update, only to 7.8. The 820 comes with 8 out of the box.

Hi,

Does Microsoft now send out updates to regions at different times. I've joined the windows phone ranks last month so I've got a bit of catching up on how updates get rolled out.
