Can't deactivate Samsung Keyboard as Default so I can use my SmartKeyboard Pro - first and ONLY problem I've found! I tried disabling Samsung Keyboard with Package Disabler Pro and then there's NO KEYBOARD - Aggghhhhhh! Sent in a Bug Report with Screen Shot - let's see what happens! Also Uninstalled and re-installed SmartKeyboard Pro but did not help!
Can't disable mine either but it doesn't pop up when using my swiftkey beta.

Whoa.. I flashed my S7 with odin to start the upgrading process and now after the boot ask for a password...
without any other reference, just "to start the device, insert the password" which one could be? I tried google, samsung account, sim pin... I had no password...
EDIT!
so silly of me, I didn't format... :cyclops:

Took about hour using Odin & rest from a sdcard.
Let it boot each time. Then shutdown to use a sdcard. After all updates then entered info. Even Samsung restored all my screen & settings.

I noticed battery drain after nougat upgrade QB2, does anyone have this issue? Stock unrooted

Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G891A using XDA-Developers Legacy app
No! Actual battery improvement... also seeing that on S7 Active Forum on Android Central too! Did you do a "Wipe Cache Partition" after all your Apps were restored and "Setup" was done? A lot of junk gets built up during set up... mine slowed down in the first couple of hours so I did it and it improved tremendously. That could be a culprit for that also... ???

If I need my hotspot even though I have an unlimited data plan that usually doesn't allow hotspot is it worth upgrading to QB2? AKA does the hotspot work without a subscription on QB2?

Right now I'm in PL4 (Nougat) but I want to update to latest new nougat (BQ2), what should I do?

I didn't see any link in first page to update from PL4 to BQ2.

as PL4 was never official, theres no file to go from PL4 to QB2
so you gonna have to Odon back to PI2, then sd card to PK2, then to QB2...
