There is no full ROM with bootloader 3 available right now. You've requested it numerous times and the answer is the same, there's nothing that can be done. Please watch the thread silently. When a new ROM with bootloader 3 arrives someone will post where to get it and then you can proceed. Until then, please stop asking about it.

Sorry, nobody at the moment could help you to restore your phone, because Oreo was not officially released for our phones. The only advice for you is to wait official release of Oreo (I hope this month it will be released). Odin images will be available only after release.
Also, you may try to flash all existing Odin images, including Marshmallow ones. My be some of them will work with Bootloader 3.
Be patient.

Just wanted to let everyone know RD4 is not allowing me to use my nfc Google pay as Google detects it as being a non official Rom/ unlocked bootloader etc.

To clarify a bit, android 6.0.1 is bootloader 2 and Nougat 7.0 is bootloader 2 too??
The change from V1 to V2 happened with the November, 2016 update which DID NOT change the android version. The Android version stayed at 6.0.1. You can look this up yourself here:

Under the build numbers, the 5th to the last number, which is a 2 in the most recent builds, indicates the bootloader version. If you look at previous updates you will see the September to November 2016 update as the time when 1 went to 2.

I doubt anything will work right with these beta builds. Gotta wait for an official full firmware

I cannot answer for the gear app, but I'm with the last oreo from a week, and all I usually use are working really good. Battery life still good

Search the AT&T's update page, in that page you can found the historial updates versions.
Next you can download the OTA updates to install in the order that you found in the AT&T page.

Or install with modified Odin, one of the last nougat firmware of the firmware folder.
I found a workaround for this. Post # 629

In the link you can found a zip with the name "Odin modified" o something else, use that. Don't use a "normal" Odin's version.
