Maybe few things, but battery life is better like nougat, better notifications, better signal reception.Have you found any negatives so far with the update?
Same feeling: battery life is better, especially when not using the phone.Maybe few things, but battery life is better like nougat, better notifications, better signal reception.

Now we need to wait for fresh file upload at Russian site or should download and use previously uploaded update ?There is often a delay between roll-out and when it shows up on that page.
Edit:
Now it's official! CRE7 is the current update and it's Oreo.
I think that ROM did not changed since last build. Now we need to wait for fresh file upload at Russian site or should download and use previously uploaded update ?
Last year I followed this sequence to update my S7 active:
1. G891AUCU1APE7 > G891AUCU1APG7
2. G891AUCU1APG7 > G891AUCS1APH1
3. G891AUCS1APH1 > G891AUCS2API2
4. G891AUCS2API2 > G891AUCU2APK2
5. G891AUCU2APK2 > G891AUCS2APL1
6. G891AUCS2APL1 > G891AUCU2BQA7 Nougat
It worked perfectly, but now I can't find the recent security updates for G891AUCU2BQA7 it seems like nobody has this firmware.
What should I do to get those updates?
Thanks
You need to full flash https://cloud.mail.ru/public/BGy7/g..._QB17619845_REV02_user_low_ship_MULTI_CERT.7zi bricked my s7 active after trying to downgrade from CRE2 Oreo to nougat. i tried all the firmwares available and some people say that it's bricked due to a different bootloader version of Android 8. someone can help me our please!
but I have an unlock S7 active outside US, do you think I'm gonna lock my phone? You have taken the wrong upgrade path. You will need to flash the full odin stock rom then follow the official upgrade path on the AT&T website
