You do know most people who come to a wallpaper thread don't care about royalty bc they are not using it in their company header or putting it on billboards lol.

actually.......some one may want to use one for a theme they are making to put on galaxy or play store, then in that case it would need to be royalty free unless they have sought permission from the owner of the original to use it, soooooo.....

Request will be taken for ANY wallpaper to be made into and used for a Pulldown Notification Background. I will watch this thread for request. I can only guarantee for use on Samsung Based Roms but will try to get them working on other ROMs as well. When I am finished I will post up a screenshot and link to download here in the thread.

How To Flash Notification Pulldown Background VR Theme.
1. Must have a recovery (cwm or twrp).
2. Go into recovery and choose flash zip file
3. Choose Flash zip file from sdcard (or wherever you downloaded it to)
4. Navigate to the ???__Sk8boarder_Notification_Pulldown_Background_VR_THEME.zip and choose it
5. Once finished reboot phone and see your Notification Pulldown

ENJOY!! 40As some of you may have noticed i have not been posting lately, but I will resume shortly.
Due to a new file size limitation of 195kb enacted by Tapatalk I have not been able to post wallpapers that i like.
My whole wallpaper life is based around my phone so I will be changing over to my PC and I'm not happy about that.
I know there are a couple of other client apps out there but they mess with the file I upload so I can't use those either.
I will start posting tomorrow and will hopefully adjust to my new reality. If not I may have to fade away.
I love wallpapers (I don't know I just do) and hope the enjoyment I have had posting them in the past will continue.
