What's different about the versions? From what I've read the only option (other than storage) is the processor. However, that's based on having/not having LTE. All the LTE phones have the quad-core vs. the non-LTE with the octo-core.

i don't see anything that's making want purchase like the note 2 did for me. it's official samsung needs some designers. not liking that want to be leather plastic backing. the Z Ultra is my next phone. maybe note 4 will bring some good designers.

2.3ghz processor from 1.6ghz
32 gb internal storage from 16gb
3gb ram from 2gb
13mp camera from 8mb
1080p 381ppi from 720p (don't remember ppi)
4.3 os from 4.1.2

I get an upgrade a year so this will ve what I get this year and it will be something else next year...

Yes but that means when international roms get released first (which they always do), they cannot be ported. I had that issue on my s3, and so learned my lesson with the note...

That was the whole point of my post

Called customer support today and they told me the email I got saying that my Note 3 will ship by Friday was accurate. Looks like I will be one of the first, if not THE first, to have the Note 3

For non-contract phones - does anyone know where the best option to buy is to use on AT&T? Is it still t-mobile since the supported bands should be the same and they don't lock the bootloader?

Any other options?

My dog has forced me to upgrade to the Note 3. He knocked me down and my Note 2 fell out of my pocket and the screen shattered. I really didn't see anything in the Note 3 that I was interested in, but I'm not paying to fix a phone when I can pay a little more for a new one. Luckily I keep a spare line and it has an upgrade available. I hope the 3 has a more sturdy screen.

If their tracking website it accurate, then it didn't ship today I thought it might be too good to be true. If it doesn't change by tomorrow I'm going to give CS a call and see what's up.
