OtterBox case released!

Just came in!
OK. 100% top quality. Fits like a glove. Buttons work very well with the case on. It actually has a cover at the bottom for the ports with a hole for just the mic. Easy to open to get to the charging port and headphone jack. The camera is well protected. You can't damage it at all. When you lay it down it lays flat. I'm so happy with it. It adds maybe 2mm to the overall thickness. It feels like it's not even a case, but part of the actual phone. The best part for me is the part of the inner silicon gel case that wraps around to the front actually covers up the sharp aluminum sides where your fingers would hit sometimes when scrolling. It actually covers the edge down to the glass. Again, it's a perfect fit. Highly recommend!!!!

Sure. I throw some pictures up a little later, but I got to tell you, the pictures from their website match perfectly. You probably won't be able to tell mine from their. LOL They did no photo shopping to make it look like it fits perfect because it really does.
bobbyphoenix, im wonder, is it "make" the phone much bigger then "normal" cases ?

Here ya go! Sorry for them being blurry. Kinda hard to take a picture with one hand. The one that is side by side with another cased phone (has pink boarder) is a Nexus One in a Case-Mate Tough Case. As you can see the Desire HD is actually thinner.

Hey, I'm about to order mine, my only concern is that it looks like the sound and power buttons stick out a lot.... is it better in person?

It does look like they stick way out in the pictures, but really when it's in your hand, you hardly notice it. They are very soft and squishy, so when you do touch them, there is no "hard" feel like you may get with hard solid buttons. Also I think they need to be that way since the power and volume buttons are so close to being even with the phone. I have no issues pressing the buttons, so maybe you can cut them down if you really think they are sticking out to far.
Bad site. The purchase system has deducted approx $150 just from trying to correct the BS invalid address. Even in the end the process never cleared through.
Yeah the site needs work its processed my order 4 times, sent them an email to get them to fix them

my order still on the "Being Processed" status, and customer service didnt answer my mail - that is an great example from where NOT to buy -on the web...

One quick one, do you have a screen protector on the phone also?
Have a (very) cheap plastic/silicon case at the moment, and it's pushed the two bloody bottom corners of the screen protector up today
Hoping the Otterbox either sits a bit more on top, rather than pushing in from the edges, and/or fits that well that I'll never want to take it off (thus reducing chance of pushing the plastic up when refitting)

No I don't use a screen protector, but from the way it form fits, it looks like once you put it on it should cover the entire edge of the screen protector all the way around the phone leaving no place for it to push it up.hey bobby, good to hear good things about it.

I ordered my case a couple days ago and I got an official receipt today... but no mention of shipping.... does anyone have this case yet? Does it come with a good screen protector.... or should I just buy the invisible shield?
My only concern is, my ip4 otterbox/inv shield combo.... fight with each other...

Interesting, my order status says it has shipped, up the top above order number and below order placed but in the shipping details it says its not shipped.. Very confused right now lol anyone else's says this too?

Same happened to me. I actually received mine already, and my status is still "not shipped". LOL They never replied to my emails either, so your right on course with everyone else. I was sent an email with the tracking number, but not replying to any questions I sent them.
EDIT - - - - A day late, but Tara emailed me back today saying it was delivered yesterday, and she wanted to make sure I received it. They do care!

I think they might be busy fixing orders that have been messed up by their (new) site... I just hope they fix my orders soon, I have the same order with the same order number showing four times on the order details. Looks like my card was only charged once though....
