Is it just me or does the Otterbox keep the physical buttons from harm? I read about all these problems folks have with volume and power buttons but mine already still minty fresh after 17 months.

Otter BOX Defender

:good:

I bought the Defender and put it on as I was buying my DHD a year and a half ago and the phone still looks like it's brand new. The buttons work perfectly.

Otter BOX makes good stuff.

I have Otter Box Defender Case, and it's very good. I don't have any issue with that. I recommend this cases for all types of phones.

In my case, the phone looks like new. No scratch, no fingerprints, no dust.... and this after 2 years of service....
