I remember it on Android 6.0.
Have no Such thing on 7.0.
Weird thing! Is it uninstallable? I Have no root, and Android 7.0 v24 official from oukitel.
It's still available in Android 7.
If you still can't find it, go through your installed Apps list (Settings > Apps > Options > Show system apps).

I could ask for some android 6.0, k6000 pro under flashtool it would be good to have TWRP loaded right away, possibly TWRP to a given rom. All links on Mega have died. Those that were supposed to be under flashtool turned out to be under TWRP. Thanks in advance for your help.

Oh right, I should have posted that information to other Oukitel threads too!

Thank you Alberto96 for sharing it :)

Edit:
TL;DR
Finnish Safety and Chemicals Agency (Tukes) has found out that two Oukitel chargers are not safe.
Affected phones and chargers are:
C5 Pro & K7000 / TX-140806 stop use immediatelly, recalled
K6000 Pro / APS-S010050200W-G doesn't meet the requirements of EN 60950 standard, withdrawn from sale

Something has gone totally wrong and that's the reason you are having boot loops. You must flash again your room via sp flashtool or as the official site of oukitel suggests. Then try again.

I guess you have custom recovery installed but not rooted properly.
Just flash the latest magisk and you should be back on track.
