Instagram slightly improved.
Video works well if using MX Player, with SW setting.

Normally, as @blacklisted.rock said u shouldn't face any issues like that..
But....
If u insist,
Goto build.prop, open it with a text editor (root granted) , find this line
media.sf.omx-plugin=libffmpeg_omx.so
And put a # in front of it.
Save and reboot.

(it's an old trick..)

(Side-effects : might break up FHD videos playback in stock gallery. No problem on QuickPic or others)

Seems to be the first time (globally) this sort of issue gets solved. This is a common problem on nougat custom roms. Even samsungs face that problem..

Well flashed the zip ,the results are almost same to me with WiFi ....It still disconnect randomly and I need to manually reconnect ,in fact it happened just while writing this post ...although it reconnects and connects very fast relatively ....
Don't know about cellular though as the phone is no longer my primary.

Also any updates about other issues I posted? ,thanks anyways..

In that case, choose a static ip to connect to your router.
Goto Settings - wifi
Find your wifi, tap and hold on it, choose modify, go to advanced options and select static instead of DHCP. Choose an appropriate to your router ip and select these DNS servers as below...

And if nothing works, then Goto terminal, type su to enter superuser mode. Then type the following command: settings put global captive_portal_detection_enabled 0

^^ it disables the "drop wifi if no internet connection" functionality.
(it works on marshmallow)

Hmm, reflash it and see if it is working again. If yes we could make it init.d script.
(this isn't what it supposed to be but.. Anyway)

i have already reflash rom with a ton Patch and include Patch codec. Now video not lagging in Youtube Go, Youtube, Instagram and Browser. but it still lagging in Galery and MiExplore but it no problem with me, i use 3rd application. until here the video play problem is over.

But I have a problem about the SDCARD being internal storage. after SDCARD format reads corrupt. is this normal ??

And I've been having trouble downloading / update apk from playstore.
the download process is always looping.

I previously installed apk from backup file and not update yet.

It seems video playback issues are fixed. If you modified build.prop by adding # in front of omx driver, please, remove it, save and reboot. See if it is fixed.

Now, about sd card corruption i never format it as internal. If u want to, insert it to a pc and format it as fat 32. This is a common issue, even on marshmallows.

About playstore, do not change screen dpi. Leave it to 355. If not, turn it to 320. Reboot.
I think it has something to do with the gapps package. Can't tell for sure. Happened to me last year when i was on purenexus rom. Anyway, check out out if your internal is below 450mb. Free some..

I think the video lag problem happens a lot in rom nougat.

for PlayStore problem has been repaired by reinstalling play service
I saw when after the rom intall, play service download upadate automatically, but I have not created a google account yet.

To be honest, i don't face any video lagging issue. By no means. That's why i can't locate the source of the problem. Although, the missing codec patch seems to be working....

P.S.: Updating Pstore services i noticed a seperate playstore library sources downloading on the status bar.. Never seen this kind of a message before..
