Outside US Android 13 V600AM AT&T

Hey! Guys. I live in Thailand and recently bought an LG V60 V600AM from Aliexpress. Everything was great and I had no problem using my AIS operator. The problem is the phone came with Android 10 and the latest Security patch updated is 2020. The question is can I get an OTA or some way that will get my phone to Android 13? I read it on the AT&T forum, I heard if you don't use an AT&T sim, you would not get an update. Is that true? That's so ridiculous. I should go with T mobile or Verizon instead. Sorry for my confusing English tho rarely use it on a daily basis.

I was going to buy the V600AM from aliexpress too, to use it in Brazil (not on AT&T network). How could I get it updated to Android 13?

Hello! I have an AT&T LM-v600am that is on stock A10 software version that I want to upgrade to A11 or higher. I've been reading the threads for at least a week to find the right way to do this. I had successfully cross flash to V600TM40b (with some soft brick that almost got me a mini heart attack because of missing some steps but it works in the end after failing for a few time) I got an instruction from here in the tread of how to cross flash. I lost the track but you can find it easily in XDA. I hope this helps.
