I have the same problem with my Ouya, i bought it last Sunday on EBay and it arrived Thursday.
Yesterday i tried to root it but i got an error at installing SuperUser and USB Fix

Thanks for this! The main reason I tested it was because I was having usb driver problems, but it solved those and rooted the device. I can adb shell to the device and su gets me the #. The only issues are what you see here:

What about Xposed Play Store

What about adding the play store mod as well, installing the play store basically. Requires installing xposed framework first which isn't difficult. It's frustrating after every single system update to have to re-root, busybox, etc. this thing (thanks for your awesome script, does half the work now!) and then I have to install xposed framework then the play store hack.

Problem after using the "OUYA One-Click"

After using the "OUYA One-Click: Driver + ROOT + Superuser + BusyBox + Sideloading + USB Fix" on my Ouya version 1.2.771_r1 (latest).
Now I cant se my internal storage and cant mount usb storage! And when I try to factory reset, the problem stands!
Help Please....

I think the problem is the "vold.fstab" file but thats just me...
