Yes I'd recommend the P30 Pro for both of your requirements, it's a great device.
I also think you should take a look at the Huawei Mate 20X, that's what I'm considering next. There are 2 models, a 4G and a 5G. I can't find any networks in the UK with the 4G model (which is older) so I'm looking for a good deal on the 5G.
The best about the 20X is the huge screen, 7.2". So it's a BIG phone but would suit both your requirements. And it also has GApps loaded.

I still love this phone, it's quick and works perfectly for all my requirements. Screen is great for watching shows and football. I would definitely choose this phone again in a heartbeat. Cannot fault it at all. I don't feel in any hurry to change it right now.

I bought the Huawei P30 pro in October, 2019, primarily for the camera. I'm still using it and still enjoy it. It's not perfect but I would happily go to the P40 pro if it had Google Mobile Services. I enjoy taking photos with the P30 pro. I walk my dog before dawn and those who said the night shots are horrible are insane. I don't use night mode and like the results.
Of course, those who say they hate it and give no reasons are even farther off plumb.
