I'm using Energy ROM GTX from 25 August.
BUT ->
Today, as I woke up, my phone had only around 50% of battery left. I turned off g-alarm and my phone froze. When I charged battery a little, everything started to work again. I'm not sure, but I think, that there's a connection between battery level and CPU OC. But I'm no expert. Just wondering.. :)
PS: I haven't done anything else in configuration. Everything is "standard". Oh, and something else. I had a freeze the day before, when connecting phone to a charger and doing something at the same time. It seems, that OC'ed xperia doesn't like playing with it, while it changes cpu speeds(especially when it's overclocked pretty high). I don't think we can do anything about it. It's just old cpu with fixed voltage. Maybe if we could change voltage, give cpu some fuel, it'd go futher.

oops i forgot to mention my ROM.the rom i am using right now is touch x 10.10 100% RC1.i haven't tried it in other ROMs.i set the cpuspeed in setcpuspeed not msm7k.i set everything the same except fot boottime,check time.here's the setting:
boottime:60000
checktime:20
command:0
performance level:39
Screen off level:31
settlingtime:10

after that i reset and wait until the screen turned off and wait a couple of seconds before using it.if i try to use the phone before the screen goes off,it'll freeze.

great it works !! now my xperia running at 768 mhz , without any SOD ...i just increase boottime from 60000 to 90000 ...and it works now ..my mistake allways was that i didn't wait my phone to fully boot ...but now it works ...
tnx for yours help ..
now we must find new graphic drivers to improve video speed :D

I 've flashed Energy rom 28 August, 21xxx series. And again, next night in a row, my xperia had < 50% of battery in the morning(charged to 100% the evening before). Not good.. And with such a low level of battery I can't even OC to 700Mhz. Even ~691 is a problem. I'm not sure.. maybe it's a problem with my battery? Who knows..

hm, does anyone know if it's possible to use msm7kcpuspeed in combination with nueCPL ClockSpeed (which i'm using for underclocking my xperia in idle or suspend to save battery)?

i was wondering when u put the setspuspeed on the sd card and it ask you for intevals, throttle speed, what do i set it at??
leave this , just cancel , then remove storage card , go to registry hklm / software / msm7kcpuspeed/ change settings ...insert storage card /soft reset and wait to phone fully boot if you won't wait some period of time phone will freeze ..

I've made some science ( :p ), here are the results:

Max backlight(100%). Idle.
Code:
CPU Freq -> current
528Mhz	 -> 153
652Mhz	 -> 222
748Mhz	 -> 230
Min backlight(10%). Idle.
Code:
CPU Freq -> current
528Mhz	 -> 75
652Mhz	 -> 138
748Mhz 	 -> 145
Made with tBattery. I don't have a log from this app, because, don't know why, it just doesn't write anything into it. Just info about when it started logging and when it stopped.

Conclusion:
OC'ed CPU can take up to twice as much current from the battery, especially visible when Xperia has screen turned off. So, here i have, probably, an explanation why my device can eat 50% of my battery through the night. I forgot, that when screen goes off, the cpu is scaled back to normal frequency. I'm going to leave my phone at stock 528Mhz tonight, with all OC-software uninstalled. Will report tomorrow ;-)

PS: I hope, I didn't forget about something and I'm not talking rubbish.. ;-)

Hi!
Today's morning was no surprise for me. Battery at 90% in the morning :) OC'ed xperia seems to have a huge apetite for power. The ROM doesn't seem to be power efficient either(Valkyrie usually eats ~5% through the night vs latest Energy ROM GTX 21xxx's 10%). I'm going to test a few things(different ROMs, maybe [email protected]~600Mhz...).

Well, you'll see improvement in apps that use mainly CPU. HTC Sense uses mainly GPU so here you won't see any gain in performance :) But launch Opera and browse the Internet :)

PS: By the way, the problem with my battery is probably solved. Not the OC ate my battery, but g-alarm ;) I've forgotten, about my problems with this app in the past.
