I clocked to 787 MHz with settings
boottime 90000
checktime 17
command 0
performancelevel 38
screenoffperformancelevel 1
settlingtime 10

or you can clock not more than 714 but stable(standart speed is 604MHz)
boottime 90000
checktime 20
command 0
performancelevel 1
screenoffperformancelevel 44
settlingtime 10
which rom do you use?

PerformanceLevel 38 = ~740Mhz, 1 = ~19.5Mhz. I don't see, how the combination of these can result in 787Mhz clock. Maybe a typo?
PS: 1374Mhz in TCPMP player, which is known to show wrong cpu speed. Sorry mate, but your CPU doesn't work with such a high speed :)

Harasho! :) What set of apps and radio are you using? Msm7kCpuSpeed V2 or V1? Can you post results from sk tools benchmark?
Paka! ;)

use msm7kcpuspeed v.1 in main storage and use setclockspeed microSD
in regedit try change "check time" with different number.

this is my setting. run at 728MHz
rom : cookie energy sep 20
boottime 90000
checktime 17
command 0
performancelevel 38
screenoffperformancelevel 31
settlingtime 10

no.
always freeze
Thanks! With v.1 and 17 checktime it boots at level 35 (670MHz?), but TouchFlo keeps restarting. Guess I really did just get a bad unit.

The device is completely stable at 652.8MHz with the following settings:
boottime 60000
checktime 20
command 0
performancelevel 34
screenoffperformancelevel 27
settlingtime 10

@Steelmer, the standard speed is 528MHz (level 27), not 604. Interesting that the device runs okay in screen off mode at performance level 1. This may help with battery use and keep the device cooler when in standby mode. I will try something a little higher, though, worried about stuff not working properly at that low speed.

Yesterday, I installed V1 and I'm quite literally stunned. My device runs at 748Mhz(level 38) and it's stable(so far). Hooray! ;-)

PS: Oobly, try changing boot time to 90000.

haha, yeah
for the first time, I thing the same like you
but when you combine msm7kcpuspeed v.1 + setcpuspeed and setting it with reg edit. you can confirm the speed in msm7kcpuspeed with maximum up to 787MHz. when my x1i run at 748Mhz, it show in msm7kcpuspeed 748Mhz, but when my x1i run at 1374MHz, msm7kcpuspeed cant open because the speed is above 787MHz.

Ok, can you run a benchmark? SK Tools would be fine :) Why am I asking about it? I clocked my cpu at 748Mhz and run sk tools benchmark(integer and float only, the rest is irrelevant). And then I OC'ed @ 672Mhz. Here are the results. Can you guess which one was ran @ 748Mhz? ;-)

Hm that's something weird.. I ran bench again, and now I got totally different results. Int/float: 458.9956/10.815. I'm going to play with it a little more. (748Mhz)

first of all use msm7kcpuspped v1 , and second you must wait the phone to fully boot , after you turned up the phone the first think you did is to check your speed and the OC didn't even started yet ....so that's way you have 528 ...next time you will turn up the phone wait 3 minutes to fullly boot , and then you will have new speed ....it works 100% ;)

hi fil.
im always wait my phone until it fully boot up,
when i turn on my phone,im wait 10 minute before use it..
after 10 minute,i turn on my phone and see the speed was still 528
when i exit the program,my phone freeze.
im already test this with v1 and v2..seems no different because it freeze too..
