Overheating Script Solution?

Would it be possible for someone to create a script that kills all background apps except the essentials needed for the gear vr? i know one would assume that , thats what happen when the gear vr loads , but in reality it isnt. Maybe this would help with the overheating issue ? or atleast increase the amount of time you can use the vr for? because currently i only get about 30 - 45 minutes

Turn power saving mode on (not Ultra Power saving) and that should kill some background apps from running. I also turn Sync off.

Fans don't work. Apparently you never seen my custom fan setup. I had a fan with battery packs. Didn't make a single bit of difference. I also have a 8000mah battery. Neither helped overhearing.

I wonder if someone with rooted note tried any apps what restrict top speed of cpu. Maybe there is a mid-ground somewhere above powersaving mode speed limitation and top speed of Snapdragon.
