Overheating

Idk if this is a major problem with anyone else but my phone is constantly going over 100°f and as high as 140°f and I know for a fact that this can either damage my phone and even my battery..Does anyone have Any idea on whats going on

I've also been having overheating problems. My phone gets pretty warm, then the screen blacks out with some color at the top. :-\
