I also have this problem after I update oreo beta (CN) yesterday. I try modifying these apk file according to the new oreo framework-res.apk, but it doesn't work. I need help...

Hi, how are you. For some reason on my phone the navigation goes grey when told to stay there. This means you can't see it on the home screen. I am using the smooth normal animation one

You probably hided navbar double tappung the button at the left. double tap it another time

No, when hiding the navbar it will then go black again where as pinning it there it goes black

Hello, thanks to this. Nice mod! But it seems there is a lag on home button (using nova prime). Anyone experience that? Sometimes it took 2 taps to return home.

So one question and one thing for improvement :

I can not see the tiny dot that lets me hide the navbar.. what could be the problem?
:edit: for some reason it turned the setting off..
just simply go to "Navigation Bar" via Settings and enable it

Also there is no icon for the Multi window view

On Android Nougat the colors are hard coded. If I were to make them colored, they will turn out white/black anyway. This question has been answered multiple times in this thread.

If someone could make an overlay .apk for Android Oreo (which should appear on our S8s soon) I will make a high quality colored version. But I think I've read that overlay apks don't work on Oreo . I've seen colored versions of the pixel home button with Substratum, but that's too much of a struggle to me (also not free).

IF overlay apks were to work on Android Oreo, someone please send me a message.
