OxygenOS 4.1.3 (7.1.1) OTA for OnePlus 3 (Download Links Mega+ GDrive+ OP OTA Server)

Hi all,
We are starting the incremental roll-out of OxygenOS 4.1.3 (7.1.1) OTA for OnePlus 3.
Here are some highlights:

Upgraded Android 7.1.1
Added expanded screenshots
Improved picture taking of moving objects with blur reduction
Improved video stability when recording
Improved WiFI connectivity
Improved bluetooth connectivity
Fixed Instagram swiping bug
Fixed hardware buttons malfunction bug
Increased system stability
General bug fixes

i'm not sure i understand the language ,,,but
the changelog is similar because 4.11 didn't roll out to all , so this version supposedly is the one that will make it in 2 weeks time to global release and all the major bugs should be fixed, so the previous changelog is included here as well.

maybe it's the "other" bug fixes mentioned, that said, they didn't also include the new launcher from OB13... few hours and we'll know, but i think they would've made a big deal about it if they did.
initially i thought that this update would take much longer to come and they will test 7.1.2 on ob then release it as 4.12, but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore, so i think now that ob14 will still come as 7.1.1 with some more bug fixes , then 4.1.4 which should be the final 7.1.1(and includes the new launcher and features from beta) , and ob15 may be the 1st 7.1.2 and may make it to stable as 4.2.0 ...well it's just speculation at this point, we'll see and with the speed they're moving it wouldn't take long.

there should be bug fixes, people on OP forum reporting that touch latency is "fixed" in this release, so this is a stability release.

what about other changes? I mean, in OB13 there was a lot more. EIS improvements, game mod and ui changes like the new launcher.

EIS improvements are mentioned on the changelog , new launcher and UI are still on testing phase, i'm sure they'll release them to stable channel next, also it can be downloaded and installed...
other than that , i don't think there's this big of a difference, actually that's why i'm staying on OB13, will just update to the next OB14, but staying at the beta comes with the understanding that it's a beta and bugs exist no matter how stable it's

Just flash 4.1.3 and SU 2.79 in one step, afterwards clearing cache and you are good to go.
