Even if it replaced it, all you do is flash TWRP again right after flashing ROM, reboot recovery and flash superSU 2.82Yeah no problem here either. Updated twrp before flashing full official and twrp was still there.

I updated the thread with 4.1.6 afterwards so the link could be of 4.1.5. there is another thread with mirrors of 4.1.6, you can either try that one or can download the full ROM from oneplus's website.I used the links provided in the comments, and I'm now on 4.1.5. Am I missing a link to 4.1.6?
That makes sense. I'll download from their site if I need to. Does anyone know why they pulled the last update? I'm on it right now, and I don't seem to be having any issues.I updated the thread with 4.1.6 afterwards so the link could be of 4.1.5. there is another thread with mirrors of 4.1.6, you can either try that one or can download the full ROM from oneplus's website.
Some users reported issues even I didn't had any issues on it. Android drain was the major issue many users reported. That makes sense. I'll download from their site if I need to. Does anyone know why they pulled the last update? I'm on it right now, and I don't seem to be having any issues.
I faced the same issue when I tried updating couple of months back and I stumbled upon your post while searching randomly. It worked. Thanks.I am on OOS 4.1.3 . rooted with twrp (3.0.3.0) . I downloaded the full zip. TWRP > standard wipe (data, dalvik, cache) . flashed full zip+ super su. reboot to TWRP. then reboot system. This is what I was doing for many updates. infact have done dirty flashes too before. but this time on reboot after flash but the phone is stuck at the booting screen. (red dot and white dots around it) at one point the dots stop moving.
what are the options now ?
edit------------
apparently it was the supersu 2.79. flashed supersu 2.8.2 and it worked.
Glad that it helped.I faced the same issue when I tried updating couple of months back and I stumbled upon your post while searching randomly. It worked. Thanks.
