Hey, everyone. I have downloaded the update file from here: http://downloads.oneplus.net/oneplus-3t/oneplus_3t_oxygenos_openbeta_15/

I don't have much experience with the OnePlus series. I could say that the above link will provide be the Open Beta 15's full ROM zip, right?
So, installing it via the Local upgrade method would work? If yes, then would it also wipe the device?

I'm performing this on my cousin's phone, so want to be extra careful or she's gonna put me in a grave. :D

Mine downloaded it, but when it rebooted and went to install it, it said that it failed. Any ideas?

Weird. First time I tried to download it, it was 84mb. Now it says 1526mb and is downloading again...

Don't worry, this won't delete anything. It's an upgrade. As long as you do not perform a factory reset or downgrade, all data is safe

Yes this would work via local upgrade and it won't wipe the device. But it's always better to backup before performing the upgrade.

I wish that they would use the Google Now panel, rather than their custom panel that really doesn't provide anything useful, to the left of the home screen.

The boot animations, I couldn't care less about. I reboot my phone 3 times a month, I don't care what it does for those 15 seconds, boot animations are useless clutter, they add nothing.

haven't kept up well with this, but is anyone seeing the GPS not locking issue in this or the previous Open Beta?

I was on the beta a few builds ago, and went to stable to try to fix it, but now the issue is back again.

Just saw the new bootanimation on YT and holy f!! That's stupid and ugly. Why would they do it, lol
Exactly.... They need to tell their marketing dept to settle down... Wasting resources on stupid crap like that that doesn't matter is just that, a waste.

Nobody but a noob cares about a boot animation. We care how a phone WORKS, what it DOES, how it PERFORMS... batter life, etc...

Since updating to this, my outlook app from Microsoft keeps force closing every time I click on an email. I wiped cache, uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared app cache and app data. Nothing fixes it.

Something in this update broke outlook...

What versions of TWRP and Magisk are good for the OP3 these days?
TWRP 3.0.4-1 and Magisk 14.0 sound good?

Update: I used those two and it worked fine.
