Question OxygenOS Software Updates

I've bought an OnePlus RT which came with Android 11 (OxygenOS 11). I have updates available, but I am concerned with battery durability. In terms of battery, which Android version do you guys recommend Oxygen OS 11, 12 or 13?

By the way, any custom ROM has a better battery consumption in comparison to the stock OS?
