Sort of same question...is this like a patch or a brand new image (meaning it erases everything we have and we should backup/start over)?

everything survived... apps, launchers, settings... not a reimage more of a patch

Some of your settings in modified apps may be gone. 99% of your stuff should be kept the same. Not a full wipe.

Weird about the gallery. I will check into the problem and fix it after I sleep.

Just wanted to know for convenience's sake. Also, just installed, my gallery was still there.

Flashing as soon as it downloads, hell we've got recovery so why be afraid
if it messes up just reflash the stock

Yea I was able to get the "blur gallery" back... so not a huge deal for me since I like the blur version better.

Other than that and the webtop hack, everything seems to be running smoothly with this.
