P10 New Battery

Hi guys!

I recently got a new battery for my P10, since the old one was... well old and drained fast.

The new battery lasts longer, but once it reaches around 50% it goes to 1% and turns off.

I tried re-calibrating by draining it, charging to 100% while turned off and then using it.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to fix this?

I had the same problem when I replaced P10 battery purchased from online. So I took to a local repair shop and they replaced the battery and now working fine. That says that the one I got from online was a fake or bad quality battery. As P10 battery was not available in the market here the repair shop installed a Huawei GR5 phone battery as they said all spares are same for both the model.

Thanks for the tip! I reached out to the seller of the battery and he'll send a new one. If that one does not work, I guess I'll have to find a new one online. Thanks a lot!

I had the same problem with a battery from ebay.
Finally I bought a battery from Green Cell and no problem

Hey! It's not difficult, but it's a bit tricky to open the ohkne the first time. Just take your time.
