P10+ with EMUI 9.1 has only one twin app available

Question 1
Could you check your devices and tell me how many twin apps are available for activation in the relative menu of settings?
I have only one app available (whatsapp) and nothing else.
In older times and before update(s) I can recall at least four.

Question 2
Is there any way to make available for cloning more apps?
I strongly prefer the official way (twin app) than other method but if not possible then anything is welcomed
NOTE. My P10+ is not rooted and available HOWTOs are obsolete and non functional
