P2 New Update (S244)

Lenovo seems to have released a new update for our device (P2a42 OTA update S233_170404_ROW_S244_170725_ROW). I will be trying it out when I get home. Presently, Lenovo OTA servers are all giving problems; not just for the P2. So, in case someone doesn't want to wait and would like to update manually, you can download it here.

Edit: I just installed the new update. It seems the portrait icon is still in the status bar.

As far as I can see it`s purely a security patch.
Sorry don`t use Instagram or Facebook apps.

I think is only security patch. I wish I will have android 8.
Today great price on amazon.de, 249 euros.

just update from the link given
the hang issues and lag while scrolling has been resolved (didn't faced these after update)
phone feels much responsive (like ui lag after unlocking device after long time is gone)
even video stutter issue has been solved (atleast i was facing video stutter if no one else was)
