Great news! We just got an official confirmation that our device will get Android 10 in March 2020. If anything will change in the future, I will always keep you updated.
See the main post for the source.

1. It's not an official message from Huawei.
2. The Huawei P20 lite isn't mentioned https://imgur.com/a/3snZQFS
3. Huawei's LITE phones usually don't get 2 major updates. The P10 lite launched with A7 and eventually got A8, but it never got A9.
So I don't think we are getting A10 because it is a LITE phone with basic specs.

1. Most of the time, this site knows what they are posting.
2. It was before, I think they updated the website. I will update the main post.
3. That's right, but this device was like €369 new, and the p10 lite was €249 if I remember correctly.

That's a completely different device. But it's better than the P20 lite, so with this I'm assuming the P20 lite won't get it either.
Yep, its sad even p8 lite 2017 probably would of work great on emui 10 but if honor play is not gonna get it then thats just gonna be a cash grab look at apple supporting iphone 5s up to ios 12 meanwhile honor play wont even get 2 years of suppoet

It says this on my P20 lite's HiCare:

"Nová verze" = New version
"Již brzy" = Soon

---------- Post added at 05:17 PM ---------- Previous post was at 05:14 PM ----------

Unfortunately I can't add a picture to this.

I'm sad. At least they should allow the users to unlock their phone. If I did know that they don't allow to unlock our phones....

Edit: Didn't you said before that someone said that P20 Lite would get Android 10?

Well Huawei is talking crap, the P20 lite meets all requirements for Android 10.
https://source.android.com/compatibility/10/android-10-cdd
Yeah, it does. It meets the requirement just as much as many other Android phones but it doesn't mean they will update it. No matter how much you paid, €200 or €300, this is a budget device and it won't get another update. It's disappointing for sure, but oh well, it is what it is.
