First you should try flash the firmware for your phone, did you search on the "Firmware Finder for Huawei" with ANE-LX2 ?

Yes I did search but Huawei hasn't yet released the firmware for ANE-LX2.

yes my phone has twrp but I just know that it is ANE-LX2, I don't know the rest of the numbers after LX2, I have found firmware files for Huawei nova 3e ANE-LX2 but I have not tried them yet because my phone is not with me at the moment

In which country did you buy the device?
In the BOX is written Huawei nova 3e?
Is important to know the region "CXXX" otherwise you are not solving your problem.

I live in Pakistan and it is written Huawei p20 lite ANE-LX2 and there is no FCC ID on the box.

Do you have a friends with same device as you, if so check the settings.

Shot in the dark probably don't solve your problem.
If Huawei already release some firmware for ANE-LX2 is that one's you should try not the firmware for 3e.

I don't have any friend with the same device and Huawei hasn't released the firmware for p20 lite ANE-LX2

But we only know if the firmware is available after know your region code.
And it is known that Huawei released some firmware’s for ANE-LX2, and you are lucky if your device is one of the following:
ANE-LX2JC710
ANE-L02KC710
ANE-LX2JC636
ANE-LX2JC111
ANE-LX2C25

I tried that link and there is not any download link. All of them open a page which says "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below." and nothing else.
