P2A42 locked after some time in the water HELP

Hello Guys,
My wife P2A42 fall into river water during our vacation

Good news is :
SIM Card OK
SD card OK
Screen is still working
Red light blink

Bad news is my phone is locked ,
When i plug it in it goes into booloader Charger in loop and nothing more

Can you save my life wih that ?

Maybe it's a good news i don't know but i got a new launcher on my phone : please look at this time lapse video
