I get error -507 when trying to update WebView.

Guys some if someone can help me , i bought a lenovo p2 from 3 UK and havent got the OTA yet . is their a way to force update via the file provided in the links above? I will really appreciate it as i am sick and tired of the buggy OS .

Yes you can update to Nougat from 3 phones.
Some people are reporting bugs with Nougat as well.
I have updated and have not noticed any bugs, battery life is about the same ram usage averages 1.6 out of the 3.5 showing.

ok . so basically download the update , copy to sd and update via the official stock recovery ? is this all the steps required ? also will it delete my content on the phone such as photos etc?

That's it , but rename the File to update.zipand place on micro SD card,all your data should be intact, but back it up anyway.

Apps force closed for me when trying to open attachments and links after update.
Remember to update apps from google play after update to fix this

Guys How do i boot onto recovery tried volume up + power doesnt work . do i need to do something as a prerequisite?

Just letting you guys know this Nougat update just appeared.
This will update your P2 to Android 7.0. So far I havent noticed any major changes except obviously
the changes Google made to Android itself. Very satisfied with the small toggles.

Head over to Settings > About Phone > System Update and happy updating!

For me recovery can be entered just by pushing vol+ and - during boot, without power

There are video stutters which occur regularly even after the latest update and seems they don't give a crap about providing support.
