P9 Plus Bricked ?

Hello everyone,

I have this P9 Plus laying around that I wanted to use as a backup phone in case my main dies suddenly but when I turned it on, I was faced with a ton of unprecended events.
It was unlocked and a custom rom was flashed a couple of years back. But now when I turnt it on, I'm facing these messages:

1 - After this message, the screen freezes

Your device has been unlocked and can't be trusted
To learn more visit [website]
Your device is now booting

2 - After this message, it boots into eRecovery

Press power key to continue
Press voulme up key up to 3 seconds to enter erecovery to restore your device
Your device will continue to boot 5 seconds later if there is no operation

It then connects to the Wifi and greets me with

Getting package info failed

3 - When completely shutdown, I press down on the Vol down key and plug it into the comptuer, triggers Fastboot with this on screen

I can flash TWRP recovery (twrp-3.7.0_9-0-vienna.img) but it doesn't want to boot on it after I flash it, it goes back to message #1.

I really cannot wrap my head around this. I really don't know where could be the problem from ? What's preventing everything to compute correctly ? If you have any leads on this I'd be more than happy to try them !
