About:
PAC-ROM is the All-in-one ROM that combines all the features of CyanogenMod, Paranoid and the Android Open Kang Project. PAC-ROM is still in BETA state and may not be extensive as hoped. The PAC Team is constantly working hard to bring more features to the ROM so we hope you are patient!

Instructions:
  1. Download the Latest Build
  2. Download the Google Apps Package
  3. Download another CM12 Kernel if you wish to not use CyanogenMod's recovery
  4. Reboot to Recovery (TWRP is recommended)
  5. Wipe System, Data, Cache and Dalvik Cache (Found in Wipe -> Advanced Wipe)
  6. Return to the TWRP Home Screen
  7. Install the ROM and the CM12 Kernel of choice
  8. Reboot to system
  9. Reboot to recovery (Power Off -> Power On -> Press on the Volume Down Button while the red LED Lights Up)
  10. Install the GAPPS Package
  11. Reboot to System and Enjoy!

Flashed. Rom feels smooth. But I have problem with mobile data and wi-fi... Not working. Flashed latest tangerine kernel.
