Pairing to iphone

I keep getting a 'Device not supported' message when attempting to pair to my Iphone 5.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I've rebooted both countless times and still no luck..

Bit of a first world problem.. Any idea on when Anroid 4.3 is coming? I apologize for asking questions that have no doubt been asked a million times, I've been out of the Truesmart loop a bit

No idea. I'm not even told when they start putting new firmware on devices so I probably won't find out til after it's already on people's TS.
