The Panasonic T31 was first made available in October 2013, it is a budget device with dual SIM functionality. It features a 4” 480 x 800 TFT LCD, giving a pixel density of ~233 PPI. Processing power is supplied by a MediaTek MT6572M chipset, which is comprised of a 1.3 GHz dual-core CPU, a Mali-400 GPU and 512MB of RAM. The included 4 GB of internal storage can be expanded upon, thanks to the dedicated microSD card slot. Cameras include a 3 MP primary, and a VGA specification secondary. The whole 120g package is kept powered-up by a removable 1300mAh battery.
